2. Corporate Adoption:

   • The Japanese gaming company Gumi plans to purchase around ¥2.5 billion (~US$17 million) in XRP, as part of a strategy of using digital assets for utility rather than speculation.
   • SBI Holdings has long been a major player in Japan’s XRP/Ripple ecosystem.

3. Regulation and Financial Products:

   • There's discussion that many (≈80%) of Japanese banks will integrate Ripple/XRP for global payments by end of 2025.
   • SBI is exploring crypto-ETFs, including ones with XRP and Bitcoin.
